Watch out for other web sites offering "FREE SHIPPING". Do you really think UPS is giving them their services for free - No! These web sites offering free shipping are actually selling a lower quality product marked way up to include shipping. See for yourself.. our chairs are HUGE and UPS charges a lot to special handle our huge boxes. Go to UPS Calculate time and shipping. Use our XL box dimensions 24" x 24" x 45" and you get billing weight of 134 lbs. Our chairs do not weigh this much, but UPS Ground is now charging "Dimensional Weight" which is a formula they put the box through to determine billable weight. They take the box measurements of 24" x 24" x 45" = 25921cu in and divide by 194 = 134 pounds. Actual weight is about 18 lbs - billable weight is 134 lbs. Fed Ex and US Mail are just as high.

We are in Dayton, Ohio, and the UPS charge varies according to your distance from Ohio ... $21.99 nearby, $26.99 farther out, and $43.99 west coast ... double that for a Mega size chair as it ships in 2 boxes. It takes a really BIG box to ship a really BIG bean bag chair. UPS is up charging for the handling of the large volume of the box rather than for its actual weight.

Yes, for you West Coasters $43.99 is expensive, but actually, it is cheap when you consider the alternatives. Could you jump in your car, drive 3 days to Ohio to pick it up from our factory showroom, and then drive back home for $43.99? OR - could you buy a plane ticket, rent a car to pick it up, and then fly home for $43.99?

UPS will deliver it right to your door. All you have to do is open the box.

Delivery Time
Most all of our bean bag chairs that we offer are in stock and ready to ship within 1-2 days. They are made in the USA in Spring Valley, Ohio. If your order is not in stock, we will call you for an alternate color or to give you an estimate of when it will be made and ready to ship.

Bean Bag Was Damaged In Shipping?
In the rare event your order arrives damaged from shipping, contact Bean Bag City immediately at
1-800-800-6050, so we can start the claims process for you. Also, keep all packaging as UPS will need that to expedite a claim. In most cases, UPS will pick up the damaged goods in their original box and return it to us for processing. We will then send you a replacement product.

Return Policy
If our bean bag chair does not meet all your expectations, you may return it (up to 10 days) as long as it is not soiled, damaged, monogrammed, or custom made in multiple colors. We will refund the price of the chair, but not the shipping.

All products returned to us must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization (RA) number issued by a Bean Bag City customer service representative or account manager within 10 days of your original invoice date. RA's expire 15 days after they are issued and cannot be extended or re-issued. All returned or exchanged products must be 100% complete in original packaging and in resalable condition. A valid RA number must be written clearly and conspicuously on the outside of the packaging. Incomplete or unauthorized returns or exchanges will be refused.

Shipping Rates are per bean bag in US dollars. Each chair will be individually packaged in its own box and the Mega will be packaged in two boxes which you will need to pour together when you receive them.
