Purchase an eligible Spektrum DSM2 aircraft transmitter or system from April 1, 2010 through May 31, 2010 AND send in your DX6 DSM transmitter (SPM2460) to qualify to receive a cash rebate or free receiver on your purchase. Purchase must be made from an authorized Horizon Hobby dealer "Like Windjammin Sails" in the 50 United States or Canada. Purchased aircraft system must be new and in the original box. Offer is not transferable, only valid for original purchase. Reseller and institutional purchases do not qualify for this offer. Complete redemption submission must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase date indicated on original receipt.

This rebate offer is limited to the following Spektrum DSM2 aircraft transmitters and systems (please note: not all systems or transmitters listed may be available from Horizon Hobby at the time of printing and some may no longer be in production):

PROGRAM RESTRICTIONS

Only one (1) claim submission per customer, household and/or shipping address with a limit of three (3) eligible items per claim. Offer valid only on new merchandise purchased in the United States and Canada from an authorized Horizon Hobby retailer between April 1, 2010 and May 31, 2010. Redemption submission must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase date indicated on original receipt.

PROOF OF PURCHASE

Original receipt and original UPC bar code(s) required "on the new system not your old DX6". Proof of purchase receipt(s) must consist of both an itemized, dated original sales receipt showing all products purchased, qualified item numbers, prices paid for qualifying products, and the authorized retailers name, city and state. Handwritten and/or duplicate receipts will NOT be accepted. Order acknowledgements, packing slips, layaway receipts, and purchase order copies are not valid. Proof of purchase/UPC bar code with item number must be the original from product packaging. The UPC bar code must be cut from the product packaging with item number and bar code intact. Copies of UPC bar code or bar codes which are unreadable will be disqualified.

REDEMPTION PROCEDURES

Redemptions must be submitted by first completing the online claim form and then mailing in the required proof of purchase items (original receipt and all original UPC bar code labels) AND the original DX6 transmitter (transmitter only; do not send servos or batteries) with a valid claim form. The online form can be found at www.iirebates.com/dx6tradeup. Duplicate or incomplete claims will not be honored. Rebate offer is limited to one (1) claim submission per customer, household and/or shipping address with a limit of three (3) eligible items per claim. Claims must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase date indicated on original receipt. Horizon Hobby, Inc. is not responsible for any claims lost in transit. No claims will be accepted after June 30, 2010. Late submissions are not valid.

Horizon Hobby and its agents are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, late, lost, mutilated, misdirected, or postage-due redemption claim requests. Horizon Hobby reserves the right to deny and/or disregard any redemption request deemed to be false or fraudulent. Allow eight (8) to twelve (12) weeks from the date all required redemption materials are received and processed to receive your rebate. Rebate must be mailed to a shippable address within the 50 United States or Canada. This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. This offer may not be combined with any other Horizon Hobby or Spektrum promotion. Horizon Hobby is not responsible for printing errors. Except where prohibited, each claimant agrees that this program shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
