Delivery Time

Most bean bag chairs are in stock and ship within 1–2 days from Spring Valley, Ohio. If your color is not in stock, we will contact you with alternatives or an estimated ship date.

Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within one week. For exact timing, call 937‑862‑7781.

Bean Bag Damaged in Shipping?

If your order arrives damaged, contact Bean Bag City® immediately at 937‑862‑7781 so we can begin the claims process. Keep all packaging — UPS requires it for claims. UPS will usually pick up the damaged goods and return them to us, and we will send a replacement.

Return Policy

If your bean bag does not meet expectations, you may return it within 10 days as long as it is not soiled, damaged, monogrammed, or custom‑made in multiple colors. We refund the chair price, but not shipping.

All returns must include a valid Return Authorization (RA) number issued within 10 days of the invoice date. RA numbers expire after 15 days. Products must be complete, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Shipping rates are per bean bag in U.S. dollars. Each chair ships in its own box. The Mega ships in two boxes, which you will combine upon arrival.
